The offsite storage product is called The Guardian Angel, and backs up when
you desire. You can backup while you are at lunch, after work, early morning or
while you are working. It will back up files you are working in without loss of
data or interruption. Kotter then sends you an email reporting if the backup was
successful and what files you selected to back up. An email is sent if the backup
was not successful or was interrupted and what files need to be backed up again.
You will hardly know it’s there.
Two copies are in a sophisticated Data Center in Atlanta, Georgia and a third copy is in North Carolina.
What does it take to restore my files if my hard drive crashes?
With Guardian Angel’s Complete Disaster Recovery, this is what it takes to be up and running again: 1.Call the Kotter Group. 2. They will restore your data to their servers while you get lunch. 3. you through the downloading of Guardian Angel.
When you arrive at the Guardian Angel Customer Information Form, be sure to select
ArkWorks from the Management system drop down box. This enables the special
ArkWorks price.
After the Setup, open Guardian Angel and begin submitting documents for backup.
When you register, you will be sent an e-mail with The Kotter Group's contact information
if you need any help setting up the service.
You will have seven days of free service before you are prompted to submit your
payment information.
